Invisalign - One of the first cosmetic orthodontic treatments to arrive in the UK, Invisalign consists of a sequence of individually-moulded clear plastic aligners which are changed every two weeks. Over time, these help to move mildly-crooked teeth into alignment. The advantage of Invisalign is that it has the potential to treat the whole dental arch at once, is removable for easy eating, drinking and brushing, and is almost completely invisible when worn. Ideally suited to cases of mild to moderate misalignment, the gentle orthodontic forces used in Invisalign also mean that there is minimal discomfort during treatment.

Simpli5 - An 'express' alternative to Invisalign, the Simpli5 system utilises a sequence of five or less see-through, customised and removable positioners, each worn for 5 to 5 weeks at a time, to gently but effectively re-align teeth. Most effective on front teeth that have minor gaps, the Simpli5 system can also be used on front teeth which are in need of a bit of tweaking, either prior to cosmetic treatments such as veneers or after extensive orthodontic work. Each aligner is shaped slightly differently to match the movement of your teeth, which encourages dentition to gradually move into the correct position.

Inman Aligner - Considered by many practitioners to be one of the quickest and most affordable ways to straighten the front top and bottom teeth on the market, the Inman Aligner consists of a spring-loaded adjustable appliance with an inconspicuous metal wire. Together, these 'pinch' the teeth into position using opposing mechanical forces. Something of a hybrid between metal braces and removable positioners, the Inman Aligner is ideal for patients with mild to moderately misaligned teeth. It is often used in conjunction with other cosmetic dental treatments such as bleaching and bonding to create truly incredible results, without the need for invasive procedures such as extractions or tooth grinding.

Damon Braces - Patients in need of more traditional straight-wire orthodontic treatment tend to like Damon Braces because of fast treatment times and the comfortable, friction-free slider system, which causes less oral irritation and gives teeth the freedom to move more easily and comfortably into position. Employing self-litigating wires - the latest in orthodontic technology - Damon Braces eradicate the need for elastics, cumbersome headgear and traditional palatal expanders, all of which can be quite painful and embarrassing to wear. This system is also easier to keep clean, encouraging better oral health, and is more discreet than conventional wire braces, which is why many teenagers and adults prefer them. Damon Braces are especially effective in treating difficult cases involving jaw alignment issues, bite problems, protruding teeth and small, crowded arches.
